A Tribute to Doug
On Monday morning, March 26, 2007, Aurora Police Officer Doug Byrne lost his life. Doug had been dating our good friend and neighbor, Lisa Parks. Over the past 2 months we had gotten to know Doug and became fast friends. He was an honest and caring man, one that never had anything bad to say about anyone or anything.
Doug, thank you for your service to the community, for your friendship, and above all for your love of Lisa. You are missed and thought of often. Rest in Peace.
